Nightly Rental Rates
Our Vacation Rental Home requires a minimum 2-night stay. Prices vary depending on days of week stayed, time of year. Monday - Thursday $200/$225 per night, Friday - Sunday $225/$250 per night. Property Damage Protection $89 ($3000 coverage), Cleaning Charge $95 and Security Deposit $350 required per stay. The security deposit will be forfeited for any SMOKING or PETS brought onto the property). UPDATED 9/1/2024.
